Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Sillana LLC, a company registered in Wyoming ("we", "us") and the company that creates a Sillana workspace ("you"). They cover your use of Sillana, a service that transcribes and scores call recordings. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your company.
1. The service
Sillana receives call recordings or transcripts that you send or that your connected dialers provide, transcribes them, and scores them against scorecards you control. Scores are produced by automated AI models. They can be wrong. They are meant to assist your quality team, and you remain responsible for decisions about your staff and customers.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping passwords and API keys secret, and for activity in your workspace. Tell us promptly at hello@sillana.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your data and your responsibilities
- You keep ownership of your recordings, transcripts and results.
- You confirm that you have the legal right to record the calls you send and to share them with a processor, including any notice or consent that call recording laws require where your agents and customers are.
- You will not send recordings you are not allowed to process, and you will not use Sillana to break the law.
- You allow us to process your data only to provide the service to you.
4. Plans, limits and payment
New workspaces start with a 7 day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month and is not refunded part way. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of audio minutes shown on the pricing page. When the allowance is used up, new calls are held until the allowance resets or the plan changes. Prices can change with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break or overload the service, access other customers' data, resell the service without our agreement, or use it to build a competing dataset.
6. Availability
We work to keep Sillana available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Dialer connections depend on third parties and can stop working when those providers change their systems.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Sillana at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We can suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or creates risk for others.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Data retention
Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically 90 days after a call is received. Scores, criterion results and reports are kept so trends stay available. See our Security and data page for details.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
